Nicholas Henry brings over 25 years of industry experience across residential, remedial and large-scale construction projects throughout Australia.
After years within the construction and roofing industry, I became increasingly frustrated, seeing ongoing compliance issues repeatedly misdiagnosed and poorly detailed. All too often I have witnessed short term, cheap solutions that don't address the true cause of failure.
Another major concern was also the lack of experienced trades people capable of correctly rectifying roofing and stormwater systems in accordance with the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.
With a strong focus on workmanship, compliance and practical problem solving, I zero in on identifying the precise source of roofing problems and water ingress issues. I then offer practical long-term rectification, designed to get things right.
